Welcome to our Presentation Catalog. We understand that employee enrichment seminars and presentations are an important benefit included in your comprehensive EAP plan. These presentations are tailored to meet your needs and are delivered virtually and onsite, directly to employees for maximum effectiveness.  All EAP services and benefits are designed to assist employees with a wide range of issues that may impact their performance at work.  These presentations are crafted to provide valuable knowledge and practical solutions, ensuring that your employees leave equipped with the tools to drive success and foster growth. Planning your EAP presentation

Credits and Capacity

EAP utilizes a credit system that will allow you to flexibly manage your presentation needs. Ideal capacity for presentations is 40 participants. We do require a minimum of 10 registered precipitants seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event to hold the presentation.

Presentation Platform Options

Virtual: C+FS EAP will coordinate scheduling the presentation and is able to provide the virtual platform if needed.

In-Person: C+FS EAP will coordinate in-person presentations onsite at your facilities.

Scheduling a Presentation

When you are considering hosting a presentation for your organization, you may:

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Presentation

We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a presentation, please let us know within 7 days.

Presentation Requests 

Requests for presentations should be received at least 30 days in advance of the proposed event date. The majority of the presentations are designed to be 45-60 minutes in length.

 

Core Services

  • On-Site Employee Orientation Session

    The EAP orientation is designed to educate members about available benefits as well as how to access services. Orientations are offered at various times to ensure the attendance of the maximum number of employees, including daytime, afternoon and evening shifts. Orientation materials, including a pre-recorded video are also available for employers to use as needed.

  • Account Management

    We know that clear, credible, user-oriented program communication is a critical factor in ensuring a well-utilized and effective Assistance Program. Our EAP staff will work with each client to continuously monitor service delivery, quality of care, and overall utilization to protect your return on investment.

  • Employee Enrichment Seminars

    We offer a full suite of health and wellness seminars that can be provided onsite. We have networked across Western New York to provide knowledgeable and experienced speakers whose actions make a real difference. Our professional approach to planning seminars means that speakers will be prepared, informed and ready for your event.

  • Supervisory Training

    Supervisory training is a critical component of the C+FS EAP program because supervisors are often the first to detect performance issues that may be related to personal challenges. The primary focus of our one-hour supervisory training is on recognition of the “impaired employee,” intervention strategies, and EAP referral procedures. Similar training may be provided for HR departments and union representatives where applicable.

  • Promotional Materials and Online Resources

    We firmly believe in the correlation between onsite promotion and utilization. The key to the success of the Assistance Program is its visibility. We will develop strategies and communications tools to promote the services to your members in memorable and exciting ways- which will not only increase the rate of participation, but the value received by the organization.

  • Leadership Consultation

    Leaders will enjoy the added benefit of the highest clinical and occupational expertise in the Western New York region. We will provide confidential guidance to those in leadership positions to handle difficult situations when they arise. Information is a phone call away.
