On-Site Employee Orientation Session
The EAP orientation is designed to educate members about available benefits as well as how to access services. Orientations are offered at various times to ensure the attendance of the maximum number of employees, including daytime, afternoon and evening shifts. Orientation materials, including a pre-recorded video are also available for employers to use as needed.
We know that clear, credible, user-oriented program communication is a critical factor in ensuring a well-utilized and effective Assistance Program. Our EAP staff will work with each client to continuously monitor service delivery, quality of care, and overall utilization to protect your return on investment.
Employee Enrichment Seminars
We offer a full suite of health and wellness seminars that can be provided onsite. We have networked across Western New York to provide knowledgeable and experienced speakers whose actions make a real difference. Our professional approach to planning seminars means that speakers will be prepared, informed and ready for your event.
Supervisory training is a critical component of the C&FS EAP program because supervisors are often the first to detect performance issues that may be related to personal challenges. The primary focus of our one-hour supervisory training is on recognition of the “impaired employee,” intervention strategies, and EAP referral procedures. Similar training may be provided for HR departments and union representatives where applicable.
Promotional Materials and Online Resources
We firmly believe in the correlation between onsite promotion and utilization. The key to the success of the Assistance Program is its visibility. We will develop strategies and communications tools to promote the services to your members in memorable and exciting ways- which will not only increase the rate of participation, but the value received by the organization.
