Important Update: Improvements to Our Case Record Management and Invoicing Systems
We are excited to share that Child and Family Services Employee Assistance Program (C+FS EAP) has entered the second phase in the process of upgrading our case record management system. As many of you know, we upgraded our invoicing system a few months ago, and now we are moving to the next step of integrating with our case record management. This important investment will strengthen the way we serve you and your employees by:

Ensuring secure, streamlined, and confidential record-keeping

Improving data management and reporting capabilities

Enhancing responsiveness and service tracking
Our goal is to ensure that all EAP services continue to meet the highest standards of quality, security, and accessibility.
While we transition to the new system, there may be occasional brief delays in processing or responding. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period. Our team remains fully available and committed to supporting you without interruption.

Meet the newest member of the EAP Leadership Team
Joanna Diamond, LMSW, has been a valued member of the EAP team for several years, most recently serving as a Senior Counselor. She has been promoted to EAP Supervisor. In addition to her clinical work, she has played a key leadership role in managing administrative referrals and streamlining internal processes. We are pleased to formally recognize her contributions and look forward to her continued impact in this expanded and more visible role.
The Start of School is Fast Approaching
Here are some ways C+FS EAP can be a part of New Teacher Orientations or Opening Days:
- In person or virtual EAP Orientation (10-15 minutes)
- Tabling (up to 2 hours on site)
- Providing you with materials to distribute
- Providing you with a recorded EAP overview that you can share with employees

EAP’s Summer 2025 Programming has been a success:
This summer we put together a special webinar on prioritizing your well-being, individual personalized health coaching sessions with our Certified Integrative Health Coach, Diane Terranova, and confidential Mental Health Check-in sessions with EAP Licensed Counselors. We have received a tremendous resopnse to these offerings! Thank you for sharing our events emails and programming.

Are your Employees asking for More EAP Sessions?
C+FS EAP now offers an Expanded EAP option. This new option is in response to requests by employers to provide additional benefits for employees and their family members! This new option will provide up to eight (8) sessions of counseling or coaching to employees and anyone living in their household.

How many presentation credits do you have?
Each EAP contract provides credits that can be used for in person or virtual presentations as well as screening events for your teams.
