On July 9th C+FS EAP Counselor Anica Squires joined Say Yes Buffalo‘s event to showcase community resources for their Family Support and Fair Futured Coaching Team. Anica was able to meet with many great community providers specializing in mental health.
On June 11th Walsh Duffield hosted their annual benefits seminar for over 200 area organizations and invited Megan Andrews, to present “Strategies for Building a Trauma Informed Workplace”. This was a wonderful in-person opportunity to meet with leaders from around WNY. Megan shared information about C+FS EAP and insights about developing trauma informed policies and practices within organizations. This approach provides a framework for understanding employee behavior and specific actions leaders can take to support employees.
