Welcome to the Winter Wellness Series,

C+FS EAP is excited to be partnering with Lidia Snyder, LMSW, RYT, TCTSY-F, a licensed social worker and a trauma informed yoga instructor to bring you 8 sessions of on-demand trauma sensitive yoga to help support your health and wellness this winter. New videos will be released and sent to your inbox every Tuesday and Thursday during the weeks of November 11th, November 18th, December 2nd, and December 9th. Track your progress with C+FS EAP and WIN! Participants will have the chance to secure one of two private virtual yoga sessions with the presenter.

Welcome to session 1 of the Winter Wellness Yoga Series. We recommend watching the Awareness video prior to the guided exercise to help deepen each posture, align your breath with movement, and foster a heightened connection between the mind and body, promoting physical and mental well-being.
