Self Care: Managing Stress During Uncertainty

In our daily lives, stress created can at times feel unmanageable; when you add in crisis events, it can be difficult to cope. This workshop will focus on how stress affects your body and what may trigger stress, warning signs that your coping abilities are being overly taxed, proactive strategies to help you manage stress and develop and implement your own selfcare plan, and stress management techniques in this time of uncertainty.
