2: General EAP Orientation
Weds, January 26th 4:30 pm – 4:45 pm
The Employee Assistance Program is a service that provides counseling, consultation, information and referrals for issues and problems that affect employees at home or at work. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to employees and individuals in their household.
In this orientation, employees will learn about their access to:
- Professional, in-person counseling sessions
- 24-hour telephone access for personal or family crisis
- Financial consultation
- Nutrition consultation
- Legal consultation
- Child Care Consultation
- Elder Care and Alzheimer’s Consultation
- Tobacco Cessation
- Assessment and referral to community resources for specialized services

3: Burnout Screening & Prevention Event
Monday, January 24th 9:00 am-3:30 pm
Tuesday, January 25th 2:00 pm-7:00 pm
- Complete a burnout screening and better understand how burnout may be impacting you.
- Talk with an EAP Counselor about what you are experiencing.
- Access resources and learn tips and tools for reducing burnout.
Do you find yourself experiencing exhaustion, feelings of cynicism and detachment, and a sense of ineffectiveness? These can be signs of burnout. Living within a pandemic has increased the stress and exhaustion we all feel. It has made every day tasks more difficult, while expectations have remained the same or increased. It is possible to reduce and prevent burnout symptoms. Let’s talk about your experiences and come up with a plan!
